Please return eligible products to VapeFair within 14 days of your order. If you are interested in returning an item, it should:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Keep original packaging as appropriate.
• Be accompanied by your order details or proof of purchase.
• Be returned in a state that is acceptable for resale.

Before returning a product please reach out to our Customer Service staff for proper return directions.

After receipt of your returned item we will inspect the item to see if it is compliant with the return restrictions.

If we approve your return we will issue a refund to the original payment source that was used to make the purchase. Please keep in mind that the time may differ depending on the bank or payment provider, after which the money is deposited in your account.

If the return is not accepted for the applicable reason(s) we will inform you.

Failure to return items without postage may be the shoppers responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or not supplied correctly.

Where permitted by applicable law, original delivery charges may not be refundable.

If you have received a defective or incorrect product please notify us as soon as possible and provide us with relevant information about the defect to help you.

Some vaping products might not be returned after opening or usage due to health, hygiene and safety concerns.

• E-liquids that are opened or used.
• Vapes that have been opened or used once. Used or opened disposables.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Used or damaged products after delivery.
